BASE (Business Accelerating Sales Engine)

Is a web based application for integrating the Sales and the Operations data within LGS. This application helps for better monitoring and tracking the sales statistics such as Leads, Opportunities etc. It also helps keep track of candidate’s information, Recruitment & Evaluation process on the Operations front.

It is a tool used to automate Opportunities and Operations information of LGS. It is used to record sales and operations data and generate reports from the sales and operations perspective.

It consists of two modules Opportunities and Operations.

Opportunities: Account Management: Track and record customer information geographically.

Opportunities Management: Track and monitor identified opportunities in each accounts.

Record Projected Revenue against opportunities. Generating PRF’s for contracted opportunity.

Operations: Candidate Management: Identify and evaluate candidates for inquires made through PRF’s.

Operation Module Reports: Generate reports such as Balance Score Card reports, Candidates information reports, Offer Conversion reports etc.
