mySAP ERP implementation for SRSL by LGS

Headquartered at Belgaum in the southern Indian state of Karnataka – Shree Renuka Sugars Limited (SRSL) is an integrated manufacturing company with strategic focus on Sugar and its allied products in Power and Ethanol. SRSL chose a SAP solution to replace its legacy system environment which was not flexible and unable to support the rapidly changing business requirements. was chosen as the implementation partner, including guidance for design and finalization of technical infrastructure.
With the successful SAP implementation at SRSL, is set to become one of the leading SAP solutions provider in the Sugar vertical. In fact, has become SAP Partner for developing, marketing and deploying SAP All-In-One Sugar Solution.
The business case and requirement
SRSL’s main objective with the ERP Project was to implement a solution that would address the business requirements of the production units associated with SRSL.

Using the latest version of ECC 5.0 and NetWeaver technology, developed a solution for Cane Management System (CMS), which is critical to Sugar factories and their geographic locations. proposed to restrict CMS to few critical functions, which could enable factory operations to continue in case of network outage.
